Jewel L. Reierson
Jewel L. Reierson made a promise to her mother years ago to publish her extensive journals in book form. This book is another step toward fulfilling that promise. Jewel lives in Alberta, Canada, where she has achieved her lifelong dream of making a difference in people’s lives by working as a paramedic. She hopes this book and the previous volume will also make a difference in people’s lives by encouraging them to seek a life less ordinary. In her free time, Jewel can be found heading into the backcountry along with several of her horses, her mother’s .30-30 rifle in her scabbard, and her dog trotting at her heels with bells ringing, employing many of the skills that she learned while growing up in the backcountry with her family.
